TOPIC OF THE DAY: A PROMISE OR JUST A WASTE OF TIME?

Why do so many people nowadays arrange meetups to buy cars, goods, food, or other items, only to lowball the price, negotiate endlessly, and then back out with all kinds of excuses?

If you can't afford it, say so from the beginning. If you're not serious, don't make promises.

Other people's time is valuable too. Respect their time if you expect them to respect yours.

Buying is a choice, but keeping your word reflects your character. Anyone can make promises; not everyone has the integrity to keep them.

i am utterly fed up of this trend too. cam sibanar. its annoying, a waste of my time. Some people even negotiate price before seeing it, and its already lowball (think agree 60 from asking 100) only to show up and offer even lower.

For ordering from pinduoduo is it better to use runner limbang or use a supplier shipment company ? Idk what's the pro's and con's for both things.

I install my own screen protector and it usually has air bubbles but after awhile it’s gone so maybe leave it for now?

Oooh, you should try Affina restaurant, the samosa is really crunchy and the filling is spot on.

Is it easy to earn money by opening another new Chagee Inspired tea shop?

DO not copying and pasting, regardless of whether you rebrand them or change the flavours. At the end of the day, it’s still just another knockoff tea or milk tea shop. Why not try something different? Look into service based businesses that people assume are difficult to start or operate, but are actually much simpler than they think.

Starting something different is risky. Better follow others what works.

That’s not success or innovation that’s just copying and pasting someone else idea. Just because they succeeded doesn’t mean you will succeed too.

Absolutely, healthy milk tea shop

Healthy drink tastes not delicious. Locals prefer sugary and milky drinks.
