How do u guys afford internet ?

Hi all , Indian here.I have a curiosity to learn about African countries and I came know that internet in Burundi costs nearly $400 per month, I was astonished after seeing it because $400 is enough to run a month in India.I have dream of visiting bujumbura at least once in my life ,I wanna try your banana beer.I hope it happens

if you believe internet cost $400 per month, you kind of deserve to get robbed.

Starlink is like $34 per month and mobile bundles are around the same price for the monthly unlimited one (although I wouldn't recommend it under ANY circumstance for it is highly unstable). And if you're really, really broke, some libraries have good internet (like the american corner spaces). Hope it helps.
