If you told an Indiana fan that they would be disappointed in a 29-23 victory over N'Western five years ago, they wouldn't believe you.

Good on the Champs for hanging on, but helluva game by the Wildcats. Excited to see what Braun can do with this team.

I’m honestly not disappointed. Like definitely room for improvement but I think we will look back at this game differently. NW is a real squad and could easily get one of the other B10 dogs if they don’t prepare

I’m also glad that we are getting tested and playing in close games. I think the teams that do good in the CFP have had that close games experience.

When you’re the top dog, everyone is gunning for you and will give you their very best game. That’s the curse of being a national title holder. It’s going to be much harder this year for y’all, because last year some teams were sleeping on you, especially early on, but it’s gotta feel good to be feared!

IU will be fine, I honestly don't think this reflects poorly on IU in any way as a single data point. DC needs to reflect on his preparation though.

Chiles also kinda balled out last year against IU as well even though the score wasn’t as close.

Coverage looked pretty soft, but Chiles is a monster. Hopefully we don’t see that team again this year.

I wonder how much Northwestern coming off a bye helped them in this game.

We didn’t come off a bye, we played Colorado last weekend

I’m very happy that USC isn’t playing Northwestern this year. After watching this game, I know a trap team when I see one

And to think that I had them penciled in for a win lol. I literally have no team penciled in anymore as a win. Illinois will probably give us trouble, too. Tomorrow will give both of our teams answers for better or worse. Our schedules look pretty comparable. Here’s to having no defense apparently!

Hopefully it will be a fight for the ages to see who can lose a game harder

I wouldn’t be surprised if special teams decides this one. Wouldn’t that be hilarious? Cheers!

I am Larry David between "Cig has earned a lifetime contract as the highest paid coach in college football to go 0-12 for the rest of his career" and "Why are we not winning by 50 every game".

Bro I’m still just happy to win games. NW looking juicy tho that’s a well coached team.
