PJ Fleck may not be everyone's cup of tea, but you have to admire the energy and passion he has for his players and what he has done for this Minnesota football program. So happy for you Gophers. Ski-U-Mah!

Going on 10 years and he still has that energy. Row the damn boat.

If you do cocaine consistently for 10 years it kinda stops giving you that happy/excited energy in my experience lol

Eventually he’ll be considered the equivalent of Ferentz but weird, or maybe Ferentz is the normal Fleck

Ferentz is the Link to PJ's Toon Link

Ferentz is so weird, he circled back to being boring 😂

Fleck seems much more interesting than Ferentz at least from a distance. Fleck probably reads interesting things and challenges himself to learn. Ferentz seems set in his ways to me.

He is one of CFB's great oddballs but he's a damn solid coach. Even if I can never truly like him as a Wisconsin fan, the sport is more fun with guys like him.

I think people forget that his job is to communicate to 18-22 year olds.

When WMU had their Cotton Bowl season, we had just beat Toledo to clinch the West, and as they're going into the locker room I yelled "Nice game coach!" Dude stops in his tracks turns around walks to me and says thanks and shakes my hand. Like who does that? PJ does.

I'd rather be happy with a coach like Fleck than unhappy with a Pelini, Franklin, or Drinkwitz.

Fleck is classy af- I know for some its an act, but Fleck is the real deal. He might not have the successes other have on the football field, but dude is committed to making sure each player leaves the program being a better human than when they came in

If PJ Fleck isn't your cup of tea you don't love college football.

Yeah I was thinking, there are people that don't like this guy?

I can see not liking a guy like Cignetti. That's the kind of coach that's not everyone's cup of tea, although I love him and think college football always needs a coach like him where you can hate him but you still have to respect him. PJ Fleck? That dude is everything that used to be good about the game, except he's still here doing it.

There’s something endearing about people being their authentic, weird-ass selves
