If only Oregon kicked the extra point after first td instead of being greedy they wouldn't have needed to go for 2 later...

Oregon has been so arrogant for so long going for 2 after their first score. I’m glad it finally hurts them.

There was a game against Nebraska maybe a decade ago where if Oregon had just taken 7 each time they would have won. But they kept going for 2 like idiots and it ended up like 34-32 for the Huskers

That was ten years ago. Fun fact: that was our last ranked win.

This definitely isn't the first time

If 2023 vs UW or 2023 vs UW didn’t humble him I fear nothing will :/

Dude single handedly lost those games for us.

Oh we've lost multiple games over the years failing a 2pt conversion I've lost hope in anything changing

This statement warms my heart

I’m gonna stupidly look on the bright side and admit an overtime would have killed me

I hate that he did that. And he does it semi often right? I get it's analytics but feels like bad value

I'm pretty sure it's a read by the kicking unit; they line up in that weird formation and if they see a numbers advantage they run a sweep/swing pass

obviously didn't work this time

I’m kind of tight about it backfiring but I am ok with it. It’s such a hindsight thing which is always 20/20. I know it looks like it ended our chances but ultimately when we had — at 11:00 to go in the 4th — 5 first downs and 6 turnovers, we didn’t deserve it and the failed 2 pt isn’t that big in my eyes

I’m so curious as to what dumbass analytics they’re getting that tells coaches to do this. Dallas did it the other night and lost as well.
