There might be something to that. My cousin's sister-in-law is a die hard Husky fan/alum, my cousin's brother-in-law a die hard Duck fan/alum. Those two have 5 or 6 kids together......so........

Haha I wonder how they'll split up which kid's fandom goes Huskies or Ducks. I have a cousin in Florida who is an FSU diehard and married a Gator alum. He's making sure their two kids are for sure growing up FSU fans. 😂

They split it. So college sports she tolerates the Ducks from her husband and her kids (though she roots for the Huskies still) but NFL the house is strictly a Seahawks household. Her husband who went to Oregon grew up in the Bay Area, was raised a 49ers fan and all this (both his brothers are still huge 49ers fans), but he roots for the Seahawks now. It's the sports arrangement that seems to keep the peace in that house.
