It is the difference but people in this sub hate Georgia so they want to pretend like they don't know the difference in a receiver changing direction and one that wasn't. Bolden didn't stop him from coming back. That PI call also didn't make their DB hit someone in the head and seal the game. It didn't make their QB hold the ball too long and get them knocked out of field goal range. It didn't make them commit multiple penalties to get themselves backed out if field goal range. There was also plenty of missed calls in their favor but just like the national championship they lost it will be all excuses and how unfair it is every time they lose.
I mean the ball hit him in the foot. The DB came across and laid out the WR. This wasn't a case of "coming back to the ball and running into the DB" this was a catchable ball and the safety over the top came and blew it up knowing they were beat.
They would just do what they did that one season they allowed PI challenges in the NFL: they would never overturn the call on the field, no matter how egregious, and then gaslight us all at the end of the season saying, "look, we didn't even overturn any calls! PI challenges are pointless!" It'll all be a farce.
