The craziest thing is that is the first time Kirby has defeated Alabama in the regular season. He has beat Alabama in the SEC championship and CFB championship but not the regular season.
Ohh a punt at the start of the third quarter up 13-0 vs a referee throwing a flag when a WR is tackled before the ball arrives and then just picked it up. Yeah my bad those are basically the same thing lol.
There was no flag, ESPN just assumed there would be. It looked like a garbage call from the TV perspective, I have no clue what the people saw on the field.
If you feel like you're a better Ref, I am sure there will be a few vacancies this year - it's good paying, and they sure could use you. I have no idea what they saw on the field, maybe they saw nothing, maybe the ref had three stacks on UGA - the world will never know.
Unless the ref was wearing camera glasses, no, the world will not be watching his view tomorrow - which was my point. The world will never know what the ref saw. We all know what we saw on TV, but the ref wasn't at home.
Yeah, I don't know what to tell you. It's not really a crazy conspiracy, they just never actually pulled any flags on that play. ESPN indicated that they did, but then verbally confirmed that there was no call. I wasn't on the field for that play, so I can't say what that ref saw - but they didn't call interference.
I said that it looked like garbage from the TV perspective, but I wasn't on the field so I have no clue what the ref saw. There is sometimes only one ref in view, and sometimes they just don't see it. I am just saying it's not an anti-Alabama conspiracy, it's just a thing that happens to every team sometimes.
