I would say that the outcome of PSU/UM should provide some clarity, but if anything, it might just muddy the waters even more.

I think we’re a good but not great team and this was just a weird game against Fitz. We put belt to ass against bad teams and gave Indiana a run for their money.

You guys are definitely a good team. MSU gave ND a good game too for a few quarters, their only real blowout came right after they lost their defensive and offensive leaders for the year to injury.

we're good. we were just on the receiving end of the type of game Fitz would play against other teams when he was still at Northwestern. it still doesn't feel good, but I'm completely unsurprised that it happened and I'm just gonna be glad we won lol

It was our first win by less than 16 points and we pulled out an ugly and gritty win on the road, despite myriad bad mistakes, against the dark prince of winning ugly, gritty games. Calm the eff down and be happy.
