I am in the process of cancelling my PMI but instead of us just using the agreed upon date that the bank gave me when I bought the house they have decided that I need a mini appraisal and needless to say I have a bunch of other crap on my plate so that is just fantastic....

I went to the dentist and while she was really sweet and did a wonderful job (I had no cavities) she doesn't wear deodorant and I wanted to die... I didn't know what to do and those dentist check ups take a while and I couldn't mention it either

ETA: Maybe I am over sensitive because I shower like twice a day and stuff

Note to self

Make sure to wear lots of deodorant on days I see patients

This is something I've thought about, like if patients could smell if I forgot. I'm glad I have the answer now!

It's alright. I wish I was working more days, and I'm not making as much as I was, but it soooo low stress compared to corporate. It's crazy 

But once we finish some paperwork, like having to make an LLC with the guy I'm working with and a personal one, but after that, I should be making as much, if not more, than I was at corporate

That’s frustrating when it comes to the bank.

I wonder if you’re more sensitive to smell than most? I don’t imagine that the dentist would continue to thrive if most people thought she smelled

I swear most of the evils in this world can be explained by banks just being a holes.

I think it is because people try to put going to the dentist out of their mind and treat it like a repressed memory... Again she did a great job maybe it was just a day she forgot and it is still humid as hell here
