ADVICE Info on “Aegis worldwide”?

Posted on here a little bit ago about difficulty getting a career in the field started, just got off the phone with someone from Aegis worldwide, seemed to be very interested in me and I liked everything he was telling me, seems like the job would be some traveling to go and troubleshoot / repair machines especially CNC’s. From everything I’ve found online place seems great and legit and just wanna make sure I’m not jumping into a sharks mouth here. Any info would be appreciated

They are recruiting company. They don't actually have any machines or anything like that. Manufacturers hire them to find talent. What company are they trying to place you with?

Go reach out to the manufacturers directly for a better deal. They’re literally frothing for bodies in maintenance/service.

i would clarify whether this is direct hire contract work plus travel expectations over time pay benefits and who covers travel expenses getting those details and writing can prevent surprises later..
