Anyone know what CSU does with the clothes left behind in the laundry room?

The signs just say that they get "removed" weekly, Im wondering if they get donated somewhere, or are just thrown away? If they're resold at a thrift store or something I would love to shop there because people leave some awesome clothes behind in the laundry room that they never pick up

Housing Staff here! They get taken down to the front desk once a week in a bag and then CES picks them up. Idk where they go after that

Thank you! For anyone else seeing this, I asked around and found out that CES hands it over to the LSC Lost & Found, and after 30 days there it does get donated to Surplus!

It's been literally ten years since I've stepped foot in it, but does the CSU surplus building have clothes? Maybe they get sent there.

Most clothing items there are previous years' branded stuff from various Athletics teams.

They do. It's usually branded stuff from various sportsing teams, but I do see regular clothes in there, including winter coats. I always wondered how they got there ... this thread answers that.

I have never seen clothes at the CSU Surplus store.

They absolutely have clothes - piles of athletic gear, but also a rack of other stuff (jackets, sweaters mostly). Can’t be all of lost and found, but some of it trickles there
