Nice Try to find possible targets!

But in all seriousness - Tsaben Beach hotel used to be amazing. But not sure if they are still safe and operating. Limbe Garden cottage was also a nice place.

For vacation rentals and shortlets throughout the Southwest, the best option depends on what you hope to achieve. Do you want a place not far from town? So you can easily access the city centre, clubs, and restaurants? ( You will save on transport costs. )
You can stay in mile 4- there are affordable short-let accommodations there.
Others prefer being close to the beach; Ngeme, Bobende, Mokundange and Batoke are ideal choices.

If you're working with Zuoix, I think I know who your partner is. You can ask him about accommodation options if you've not done so yet. I don't know where their office is in Limbe I can't help with accommodations around.

Generally, Limbe is a small town and you can pretty much get to the city centre within 20mins from any location. Guest houses are the most common accommodations there and are more reasonably priced for long term stays. With a budget of $40 a night, you could get a furnished 1br and if you intend to stay for more than a month, you can negotiate a better deal ($500- $600)
