I don't think you're going to get any good responses here, because most people here don't know Nepali, and your post isn't written using Devanagari, so Reddit can't translate it.

Could you rewrite your post using Devanagari or write it in English? That would help more people understand and offer suggestions

I suggest looking for Youtube videos, there are lots of good ones for beginners.
