Question Halloween

Everlasting: any Halloween things to look for besides the random spawn of zombies?

There's the increased chance of zombie apocalypse events, but aside from that there's also Trick or Treating, the Deadly Apocalypse (Banners) event, and Dr Kane's House of Horrors. Oh, and there's special Halloween tip mission called "Whispered Rumor". All of these have several badges associated with them.

ToTing is the most popular of these and involves just going up to pretty much any door and clicking it. You'll either get a trick (enemies spawn) or treat (Halloween costume, event salvage, maybe some other options). With all the enemies that spawn this is a really popular source of XP. Throughout the month you'll find huge leagues ToTing nonstop in Peregrine Island at the "murder motel" (lots of doors in one spot, everybody clicking them and constantly spawning enemies).

You should definitely do the Dr. Kane if you haven't, it's really fun. Only requires 4 people and you start it through the LFG window (Holiday/Event tab)

Wear a costume while ToTing and you'll eventually get the Halloween tip mission I mentioned, happy hunting!

Yeah, the malleus mundi tip. You get a different badge for each choice at the end of that mission. If you're going for all the badges there's a special outcome for heroes and villains so you'll have to switch alignment to get them all

There used to be a party on a floating island in Croatoa, which was fun, but I don't think they do that anymore. Pity it was cool. That and the ice skating party in the Winter forest for Christmas are bygone events. New Years bash in Ski Challet (not sure that was a formal event)...
