Question lower pinky keys pads don't seal

The pads only seal if you press hard on the keys, is this a regulation issue or do they need new pads?

One thing that happens is that folks will assemble the lower joint and end up pulling on those pads, so they get bent out of position and become hard to seal. It is important to not pull on the keys when assembling the instrument.

Probably need a tech, either way.
