Recommendations Please recommend me a seamstress/alteration who can fit my Halloween clown costume to me better

I ordered a costume off eBay and I feel like it’s a 3xl. Need it to fit more like a medium. lol.

It’s a very simply sewn piece, should be fairly easy to take apart and reconstruct.

Question Anyone here see Dr Sara Liu at the Cleveland Clinic?

Anyone had work done by Dr. Liu? I’m scheduled for a septorhinoplasty for a deviated septum and some minor cosmetic changes as well, however I don’t know anyone who has seen her personally and just wanted to know your experience and outcomes. I really liked her and her colleagues in office. TIA!

News Cleveland clinic/blue cross blue shield

I just got an email today about them not coming to an agreement yet for the new year. Has this happened before? I’m scared I go here (and travel 2 1/2hrs) for specific diseases. Does anyone know any news about this?

Housing/Apartments Best affordable, walkable neighborhoods in Cleveland without a car?

Hey everyone! I'm 34 and considering relocating from Charleston, SC, to Cleveland. I'm looking for recommendations on affordable neighborhoods where I could realistically live without a car.

Ideally, I'm looking for:

- A studio or one-bedroom apartment around $700–$800/month.

- A reasonably urban, walkable neighborhood, not a car-dependent suburb.

- A grocery store and basic necessities within walking distance.

- Reliable public transportation to get around the city for work, including evenings and overnight hours.

I have a background in hotel security and will likely be looking for similar work in Cleveland, so access to downtown and other major employment areas would be a plus.

For those who know Cleveland well, what neighborhoods or specific areas would you recommend? And is my rental budget realistic for a decent studio or one-bedroom?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: walkable for me means I can get to work on public transit. You know, Is there a bus stop within ten-15 blocks i can ride across the city or will get me to a connector to one that will? Is there somewhere I can walk or ride a bus to grab groceries? Not like walk around and grab coffee and like go to the bar and shit like that. Answers have been great so far. Thanks!!

While driving down Madison I peeked over and saw this conniving smile behind the Doughnut Pantry plotting something sinister! A couple years ago a house on McKinley created something similar by adding giant eyes on the roof and teeth to the front porch! It’s such a simple but effective Halloween decoration! (Address: 1668 Onondaga Ave)

News Swagelok - RTO five days a week

I doubt that there will actually be any news released about this but Swagelok is implementing a RTO, five days a week starting this month. Less than a two weeks notice to those who have been working remote/hybrid for years.

They also waited until the month after their annual Associate survey to announce it.

FYI to anyone thinking of applying there for any office roles.

Question Parking for Guards game

I have tickets for tomorrow. We usually just park in the Gateway garage. Anyone know how much they are charging for parking downtown in general for the Guards playoff games? I also have World Series tickets. I could take the rapids in from the Brook Park station, but I haven’t done that in decades.

Recommendations Any kid-friendly indoor Halloween events/festivities?

Looking for recommendations for kid-friendly indoor Halloween or fall themed festivities going in. Our household is just getting over being sick for the past 2 weeks and missed the good weather window last weekend. Everyone is stir-crazy and looking for something festive to do despite the crappy weather. Open to all suggestions, especially geared towards younger kids/toddlers.
