I'm not even being dramatic when I say I want a hug from Grove. He reminds me so much of my older cousin who passed away when we were teenagers from sickle cell, his stature, his mannerisms and the way he jokes around in these videos with staff and teammates, even their voices sound the same, man and no joke, cousin gave the BEST hugs. Felt like being wrapped in a human shaped comforter.

I ran an internship for L&D last year for a tech startup company. 212 applications, 2 were from men. Don’t ask any so many interns are women. Ask why so many men don’t intern. Hint: they don’t need to.
