How does crush them work

I wanted some questions answered about the perk crush them, and so i figured theres no better community to ask. So

1.does it have a set duration if no attack is landed and you dont die before landing it?

1. What counts as an attack? Anything that deals damage? Do missed attacks count? Do blocked attacks count? Do bashes that deal no damage but confirm some or initiate chains (like cent's kick) count?

2. Does it stack with the revenge damage buff?

Any input would be greatly appreciated

1. It lasts until you die, if you die you lose the buff

2. Anything that deals damage, bashes that don’t do damage don’t count. If you cent legion kicked then lighted the light would be buffed by 30%, then the effect is gone. It will even get wasted on minions. Best use case is to combine it with feats to get the most value out of that 30%, ideally a high damage projectile like bow/trident or aoe t4 that’s not catapult.

3. No it doesn’t stack with revenge. Buffs of the same type don’t stack. Since they are both attack buffs, the game will pick the highest value. It does stack with defense down feats like Fear itself.

I personally use it on Khatun because her T3 is a portable doom banner that procs on kill, and it will stack with crush them making the next attack deal 55% extra damage instead.

I planned on using it on cent while in revenge and after killing someone to buff eagles talons with it and revenge, but that doesnt seem all too viable. Without revenge, getting that to work without wasting it on a light would be really difficult, so im just not gonna bother. Thanks for your help.

Yeah I believe revenge is already a 20-25% damage buff, so crush them only makes it a little bit more damage for one attack. Not really worth it for that.

Better off going with Headhunter since Centurion has a very fast 50 HP execution. But gear perks are a bit of a joke, and you can run it for a funny yet inconsistent little nuke that you actually get to use effectively probably around 10% of the time it's active. Eagle's Talon at 28 damage would deal about 36 damage if my math checks out. Which isn't really all that much, that's about the same as Nobushi's regular heavy (35 dmg) if you're bleeding. Could be epic if they're debuffed by Fear Itself of something though! I'm not sure how to calculate that even, and it would be so hard for coordinate.

1. There's no timer

2. It applies to basically anything. Chip damage on block and feats included, against both players and minions.

3. It should.

Crush Them overall is an extremely awful perk and an absolute waste of your steel. I truly could never recommend running it in any situation

Funny if you manage to save it and use it on a feat

It’s lowkey not that bad on a fair few chars, esp on characters with high damage heavy finishers because you can just get it confirmed and land like 40 damage on someone for free, or use it on a feat for the same effect. I personally use it on shao, cent, glad, kyo, nux and sometimes on oro
