Concerts Good GA boots/shoes?

Hey, just looking for affordable shoe recommendations to give me some height for GA/floor concerts.

I'm 5'5 and I do try to come as early as possible but even then, I'm still pushed back by tall people. Any advice?
Thanks!

This gets asked a lot, don't bother. Nothing is going to give you any height to make any difference & you may also risk a twisted ankle

I’m your height and I often go for Vionic brand sneakers for comfort! My parents are podiatrists and put me on to this brand. They have white sneakers that aren’t too bad style wise

I also love my platform Doc Marten Mary Janes (with dr scholls orthotic inserts) for a couple inches of height. These are heavier than most of my other shoes , but I love them nonetheless and they have plenty of room for the inserts which is nice!

Oofos, they’re known as recovery shoes, but I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis this year and they saved me with 7 GA concerts in 9 days this past August. I can’t recommend them enough. I have the Oofos zen shoes.

Battle boots. Doc Martins. Something with lift and weight and ankle stability.

An old dirty pair of shoes. You're gonna get stepped on many times, have drinks spilled on them and such. I have my designated high top Chucks for shows, they're all beaten up, works well. If it's a bit of a height boost you want, I would look for some for some platform boots, 3-4 inches could help, assuming you're comfortable wearing them. But even as a guy that's 5'10, I deal with guys that are over 6 foot all the time so..

Same height and always wear a platform shoe and it definitely helps, plus feels more protective in crowds (I go to mostly metal shows) My doc martens have worked for me, and rotate in a converse platform as well.

Depending on what you would call affordable, I wear HOKA Clifton sneakers - they make me almost 2 inches taller. These are also my work shoes (I work in a gym) so I know they're great for being on my feet all day.

I have a pair of Lucky Step platform sneakers, and they’re great! Very comfy, stable, and add a couple inches of height. Highly recommended.

I use converse because they're comfortable. Other than that, you'll still have sore feet no matter what

I wear Chucks too, I put insoles in mine and they're even more comfy and no sore feet for me :)

I put insoles in my combat boots for concerts but I wear those just for style lol
