I need help making my mask fit better

I want to dress up as as Sanji this year but my skin color does not look good with blonde hair, so is there any way I can represent that I have blonde hair and then it's obvious that I'm Sanji without actually getting a wig. I'm thinking something like a bandanna, but I'm not sure how to make that look good.

Also, please let me know if there's any tips or stuff that I can do for fem Sanji costume
