I’m typically a subs snob with anime but there’s no doubt Bebop set the standard for dubs and remains the bar to this day. I don’t even mind admitting that I prefer the dub of Bebop to the original Japanese cast.

Hello!! Im an IB studeant and I'm doing my extended essay on the music of cowboy bebop, again comparative work of sorts. Thing is I need the sheet music, I can't find it anywhere, and I'm not in the US, so buying one of the sheet music books would take way longer than I have for it to arrive, and I dont have the certainty it would have useful songs. I just wanted to know if anybody has ANY sheet music of it at all? And I mean full band if possible.. i already got the Tank! Sheet, so any help would be really useful.
The songs that could help me a lot are:
Rain
Odd ones
Forever Broke
Blue (not real folk blues)
Farewell blues
Words That We Couldn't Say
See You Space Cowboys Not Final Mountain Root
Green bird
Memory
Please please if you have any information tell me, im sorry if it's a dumb post, thank you T_T

I made this Cowboy Bebop AMV for one of the first beats I made like 3 years ago. Bebop and Champloo are by far and away my favorite animes and a huge influence on me.

Hi everyone!
I'm considering going to Yoko Kanno's PIANO ME concert in Milan on November 3, but I'm having trouble finding detailed information about the show.
I noticed that her PIANO ME concert in New York this April featured original SEATBELTS members and guest vocalists, with quite a few Cowboy Bebop tracks performed.
However, the Milan announcement doesn't seem to mention any guest musicians or provide a setlist.
Does anyone know:
I'm a huge Cowboy Bebop fan, and hearing Yoko Kanno perform some of its music live would be a dream come true!
Thanks in advance for any information!

I originally was going to rent it via online or look for it in a local library. The show hit me so deep I knew I wanted to own the movie. Especially with the film being somewhat rare to get.
I just love the overarching story of the whole series being "just a dream". It fits so perfectly. Especially when you look at all the characters and their arcs being just wonderers in their world. Finding purpose in it all. Would I be curious what happened with the rest of the crew after the show ended? Probably but that isnt the point.
I watched the show first in college and now as an adult. As an adult it hit me more than when I was younger

I bought these at a comic shop a year or two ago. I'm trying to downsize a few things. Which one would you keep if you could only keep only one?

During the summer I was at a large annual fair, wandering through the crowds, getting something to eat. I hear this song and immediately scurry over to where it was coming from.
It was a Japanese street performer doing all sorts of everything, used the song in its entirety. It was such an awesome moment, his timing was great, did some intense things and of course huge love for encountering Tank! out in the wild.

the museum was showing episodes 1 and 2, and it felt really nice seeing spike's fights on a large projected screen along with jazz blaring in cinematic surround sound. it also was nice seeing looney tunes, star wars visions, and finally seeing star wars detours for the first time as well.

Random and wild ask but maybe someone does or knows how to get it!

Cowboy Bebop is a total masterpiece. The pacing of every single episode is just right. Whether it's a serious or a comedic episode, every single one of them stands on its own as perfection. The storytelling leaves so much poetic room for interpretation, and the soundtrack is unbeatable.
The cowboy vibe is so awesome
I especially loved one of the comedic episodes (with Teddy Bomber) . He keeps blowing up skyscrapers just for his "grand ideal," arguing that everyone else is too caught up in material possessions and unnecessary things. But at the same time, look at him: he cares so much about what others think. Blowing up buildings is just his way of craving attention, and he gets furious when the protagonist ignores him. He’s lived such a miserable, painful life.
However, in the end, he sees Andy—someone who lives completely as he pleases. Andy wants to be a cowboy? He becomes a cowboy. He wants to be a samurai? He becomes a samurai. He doesn't give a damn about what anyone thinks. That’s when Teddy Bomber realizes, Wait, you can actually live life like that?
Sorry, English is not my first language
