Cozy seating like this in a kitchen is SO underrated. My dad had a tiny kitchen with a peninsula with seating. Instead of adding a tiny table too they tucked a cozy chair in the corner with a reading light and the view to the back garden was stunning. Absolutely the most sought out spot in the house.

This is like the perfect spot for when you need to be in the kitchen for when you’re cooking something that may take a while, but still needs to be watched semi-often. Sometimes I’m too lazy to go back and forth from rooms
