Facial Bloating

I’ve been on creatine for a bit less than a month and I’m taking monohydrate. I’ve noticed significant facial bloating specifically in my chin. Usually my face is prety lean but I wanted to know if anyone else is dealing with a similar thing and if this is because of creatine. My diet has not changed and I’m very consistent at the gym. It’s just discouraging to see and I’m forcing myself to stay on it everyday.

I had an issue like that too. Once I stopped taking it orally it went away. I still get the facial bloating though but that’s because my wife’s boyfriend is kind of rough.

This sounds like a classic example of oral consumption! Please tell me you've looked at the latest research?? It's important to remember that boofing can be scary at first but your wife trusts him so you should too.

Oral Creatine Consumption is a very risky business, it can cause Hairloss, Bloating, Loss of Limbs, Necrophilia, Escalaphobia and Tympanophobia.

The best advice would be to cease your Oral Creatine Consumption activities immediately and go get your Wife a Boyfriend from the steam room at your gym.

Your Wife's Boyfriend will be able to administer your Creatine correctly and safely and prevent Facial Bloating.

People play in the road and then wonder why they get hit by traffic. My friend, if you've been taking it orally, I'm afraid you've only got yourself to blame. Speak to your wife's boyfriend to begin your boofing regimen asap.

Bloating is a typical side effect of OCC, along with balding and testosterone level drop. Please take the advice you get here seriously and switch to rectal administration.

Not enough water, have your wife's boyfriend make sure to hydrate more before application
