Any way to get PNB Imperial RuPay Select debit card with ₹90K salary?

Punjab National Bank told me the eligibility is either ₹1.5L monthly salary or ₹1L monthly average balance.

My wife earns ₹90K/month. Is there any alternative way to qualify for this card?

Would love to hear from anyone who has got it. Thanks!

1L MAB is the way, while opening new account online you can select variant as Elite Executive or ask branch to upgrade existing account to Elite Executive

I opened a unnati account online and applied for this debit card through pnb one not sure if this is still available
