Yup. Its the only downside for that to me. Nothings moving, no colors, brain exausted, cant get to sleep...it really sucks.

Pretty normal to stay awake that long after dropping. You could always eat a benzo but personally I'd let it roll and enjoy it.

Genuinely curious why people upvoted this. Is there anything I'm missing or is it just honestly bad advice?

I try to have xanax on hand as it will cancel the trip and makes me sleep.

Or just let the drug wear off and go to sleep when you are able to? I never understood the desire to use "trip killers" to accomplish a goal that planning and preparation would have also accomplished. Take your drugs earlier if you want to sleep earlier, prepare to be awake for the duration of your drug trip, know how long your drug typically lasts.

That's a risky suggestion to give someone who's exhausted.

How so? I feel like it would do the trick

Weed is a psychedelic.
The last thing an exhausted person burned out after a long psychedelic trip needs is to redose on another psychedelic.
Furthermore, the effects of any psychedelic depend on set and setting and vary between uses.
An exhausted person cannot meaningfully consent to the risks involved in applying their own compromised judgment to the task of discerning their own setting and mindset.
Shall I go on?

Get moving. Go for a walk. Once you pick up your metabolism rate, you'll get tired.

I always feel sweaty and gross after an ordeal like that, taking a shower helps me relax. Limit stimulation by closing blinds, turning off music, and putting your phone down. Tea is good too.

Thank you everyone for interacting with me, I managed to get 2 h of sleep, get a breakfast, going on with my life, grateful for it and for people I love and can love in my life. It is just the highest meaning to life, to love someone and to love yourself so purely just because you can.
Also wanted share song I listened way to many times during my recent trip: https://open.spotify.com/track/6CEcmETjJ2YXIvaOMtqVrG?si=VGRKarVcR8WdrouGULDYHQ&utm_source=copy-link
I wish everybody meaningful life as much you all deserve one

Yea, will go to the shower one more time, I just made myself a balm tea after I finished watching Mr. Fantastic Fox. It's 7:28 in my part of the world.

Good ideas. I'd add possibly, if it feels good, then stepping outside, even if only briefly. Another idea is talking to or being near someone who has a calming grounded loving presence, like a gentle affectionate person, dog, animal, or other being.

I used to. I know too much, now, and often find them stressful. For me, there's too much anthropomorphizing, human-centered human-exceptionalism, and dishonesty in how the stories are presented and told.
I wish I had a replacement that matched his energy. I've seen birders and naturalists narrate over minimally edited footage with naturally captured sounds, and found that relaxing. Where it's mainly information and observations, and interpretations are disclosed ("it seems to me like...", "what that indicates to me is...").
Idk how to find a good source for that now, though. I only know channels with wildlife footage or live feed cameras, no narration at all, or else talking to camera without footage.

Great pic! Do all this, maybe some fruit. Then brush them teeth. The clean relaxed state is it.
