Cyberpunk horror novels?

So I know of cyberpunk horror films like Hardware, Split Second, Death Machine, etc, and video games. I love cyberpunk literature but I can't think of any cyberpunk horror novels. Anyone got any good recommendations?

There's a cyberpunk vampire novel called A Trial of Blood and Silicon which I thought was ok, not great. There's also a cyberpunk Silence of the Lambs called Thrill Switch where a detective is trying to solve copycat murders in cyberspace while the original killer is still locked up. And from what I remember, I think ARvekt had some horror elements where the AI that runs everyone's AR has been hiding things from humanity. Xenoform is a lovecraftian cyberpunk novel where a group of organ harvesters have started noticing something odd in the biology of their recent victims. That's all I can think of right now.

Oh, there's also a weird almost cyberpunk book called Of Monsters and Mainframes where the spaceship Demeter keeps having weird encounters with vampires, werewolves, a mummy, etc. The book is written from the perspective of the AI running the ship so it's like a campy horror version of Murderbot Diaries.

Thanks! These look really fun, Xenoform in particular is exactly what I was looking for. Also horror camp Murderbot sounds great.

Not quite cyberpunk but horror SF mashup is the Laundry Files by Charles Stross. imagine the Ghostbusters but Men in Black mode dealing with the occult horror

I used to read a lot of Stross--Accelerando, Singularity Sky, etc--and he does a great job handling ideas in interesting ways, I'll check it out.

Lawnmower Man is the closest I can think of.

novels

If OP is expecting cyberpunk, they'd would be baffled reading the original story that the film was named after.

Damn, you're right! My bad, I thought OP was looking for movies. Reading comprehension is your friend.

Strictly speaking, the Alien franchise counts. And it has spawned a fair number of written works. Though the quality of said works can be a bit ... hit and miss.
