When Do Seat Geek Tickets Normally Arrive?
I purchased 3 and then 2 additional tickets to the November 7th game in July and then August. My tickets still haven’t arrived. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but we’re now looking to sell the tickets since we can’t make it to the game.
When might I expect them to actually arrive?

Hey! 👋 Ticket delivery timing varies. Some tickets are released closer to the game, often 24–48 hours before it starts, so an earlier purchase doesn’t always mean they’ll be available right away. Since you’re hoping to sell them, please check the delivery details in each order and contact us through the order if you don’t see an estimated delivery date or need help with your options. We’ll be happy to take a look!

I would not recommend using third party ticket sellers especially if a game is not sold out. The official ticket seller for Audi Field is Ticketmaster.

The resale tickets are almost always cheaper than official tickets. I've been buying resale tickets for DCU and the Spirit for five years and I have never not received the ticket.

…said the ticket salesman. He already bought the tickets…
Seatgeek is more reputable than Ticketmaster in my book.
Screw Ticketmaster and screw these crappy owners. Let them eat the unsold tickets.

Your opinion doesn’t change the fact that Ticketmaster is the official ticket seller and the only ticket type accepted to enter Audi Field.

Another highly misleading post from Mr ticket salesman.
When you buy from seatgeek or probably anywhere else, they transfer the tickets to your Ticketmaster account, and they are indeed accepted to enter Audi field since they are still “Ticketmaster tickets”…
Not sure if dumb or trolling or being intentionally misleading to try to trick people into buying tickets from Ticketmaster…

I’m not following the anger in your posts. Dude is speaking the truth.
Ticketmaster is the ticketing provider for Audi Field and any ticket purchased through them or TM resale is guaranteed to exist exactly as purchased, as it is purchased from the vendor. I hate TM and think they are truly evil, but this is just a fact.
I regularly buy off SH, Tickpick, Vivid, etc. but fact of the matter is that you can’t with 100% certainty know you are buying a real ticket. Sure 98%+ are and the seller incurs charges/you’ll get your money back if not, but that doesn’t change the fact that every once in awhile you’ll get busted purchases. (As I have from SH & Vivid in recent months) SeatGeek is the official ticketing partner for a few stadiums these days, but most definitely not Audi field.

Usually immediately, but depending on the seller they can wait until the day of to transfer.
Contact Seat Geek and tell them. Sometimes they offer the ability to effectively cancel a sale (or can at least push the person to transfer)
