Hi! My husband and I are considering moving to Dearborn, probably on the west side, and I was hoping to hear from people who actually live there.
We really like Dearborn, especially the food, culture, neighborhoods, and sense of community, and we’re seriously considering making it our home.
One thing we’re trying to understand is what everyday life is like for an openly gay married couple. We’ve found very mixed opinions online, so I’d rather hear directly from residents.
Would we generally be comfortable mentioning our husband, getting to know neighbors, walking around together, etc.? Does it vary much depending on the neighborhood?
