Should I Worry?

24-32, Western United States, overweight but active no major health history aside from general chronic pain

small but sturdy pus filled pimple that appeared in area away from other breakout, collapsed inward on itself upon rupture & now looks like 2 things instead of 1 which could be my fault 😅

I DID unfortunately pick at it, have also kept it clean + gave it time between “examinations” but it’s been almost 2.5 weeks & all the other pimples from around that time that I broke out with are long gone. It has been the slightest bit painful at any point.
