Sports Bill Murray & Tom Coyne: A Course Called Ireland (2026) - Trailer for a six-part series following Bill Murray around Ireland [00:02:07]

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-oCpAnX_ic

Hey everyone — I'm actually the guy who created this show, so figured I'd share it here.

Spent the better part of two years getting this thing off the ground, and somehow ended up spending three weeks traveling around Ireland with Bill Murray and Tom Coyne.

There's obviously a lot of golf, but it's really more about the people they meet and the ridiculous situations they find themselves in along the way.

Anyway, premieres October 25 on the BBC and Paramount+. Pretty excited for people to finally see it.

Happy to answer any questions about making it, working with Bill, or whatever else!

This looks pretty dope!

Honest question, did you have to call his hotline to get this made?

My first question is why doesn't that video thumbnail look like Bill Murray?

Does it lean a lot on AI to add scenes? That thumbnail looks AI. I'm probably not interested.

It’s a promotional image? That’s not a scene in the doc pal

It doesn’t look AI to me. It looks like someone drawing Bill.

If it was AI, it would look exactly like Bill.

Now I'm annoyed that Bill has been in Ireland multiple times and I never got to meet him.

I pitched a show just like this a year ago, it was called "Subsidize My Vacation"
