I don't live in Dortmund but I visit often.

What's with the area near KFC and the petrol station? There's always old German looking people in their 50+ getting drunk.

A few meters up, past the petrol station, I frequently see rests of drug use.

And apparently all of them use the "too good 2 go" app, because after Gourmet Temple shuts down, they flock to the place to get the food left overs.

Yeah, it's usually the same 5-8 people. I see them all the time when I go to them gym. I think they are harmless and way to lethargic to do anything but squabble over a beer.

From Stadtgarten to every point northern of it, it is full of homeless people and junkies injecting in public. I used to love to take a walk through town, but it is not a good place to be anymore tbh. Even in Kreuzviertel, homeless people are just everywhere.

Es ist schon lang eine Junkiestadt. Wer auch immer die Idee hatte, Drogen legal zu verteilen, hat die Büchse der Pandora geöffnet.

Was laberst du da mit too good to go meinst du die haben online zahlungspflichtigen wie Kreditkarte oder Paypal,
Ich habe 6 Jahre an der Ecke gewohnt, und bin froh dort nicht mehr zu wohnen, aber der sozialpsychatriche Dienst direkt vor der Tankstelle ist dort ausschlaggebend.
Dort kriegen sie u.a Hilfe in verschieden Formen.
