I was watching the latest Drawfee video and was already losing it when Julia said "Doraemon" after Nathan added a nose to his... oblong creation.. so I took a screenshot and sent it with no context whatsoever to my partner (who doesn't even know about Drawfee's existence. Yet!) because I thought it looked hilarious, especially with no information about anything.

But them calling Nathan a gnome really sent me and I searched for this subreddit just to share this gem 😭

To be fair, Nathan's avatar down in the corner looking into your soul is very ominous (and in fact gnome-like)

ok im driving myself insane with this. ive been trying to find the video for days now and i cant for the life of me remember which one it was
i think it was jacob drawing a sort of moody insufferable birdlike creature of sorts? and it was teaching a drumming class or something and insulting all of his students. the only jokes i remember are nathan saying you gotta pay one-ition before you do your tuition & julia saying “more like sally may not” and they all ran with the bit of him having someone named sally in every class he teaches just to make that joke

Watching Julia draw a recognizable Pokemon from memory in the new ep just broke my heart. Is this what fame has done to them? What happened to the unhinged cell phone salesmen and cows on swords that made me fall in love with them in the first place? I get that artists evolve and change, but it's just bittersweet for me. That Charmander didn't look like a man at all!

Originally I had planned to add the rest of the crew at some point, but it ended up being more funny that only he's there as the only non-fictional guy

On the most recent stream, Nathan mentioned he recorded several instances of content with other shows while on vacation in LA.

So what do we think these shows could be? Maybe a Naddpod appearance? More work with Dropout? Bitcherton again? Let's speculate!

(I don't use reddit for much of my fandoms, just for news and bugs and bizarre finds, so excuse the new member and low posts or w/e.)

I'm desperately trying to find an episode for my Granmama. She shared a Klaus Nomi clip with me and we were bonding over opera. And I ended up remembering Julia drawing an egg version of Klaus Nomi; told my Granmama about it, and that that's where I'd first heard of him, from Julia talking about him.

And I really, really want to send at least an image of the Julia Egg to her, and better if I can send the episode. Since she was in a car wreck and is bed bound, I wanna bring some joyful stuff away from all the new and everything.

But I can't find it! I have been scrubbing videos and fan comps and search engines, and I have failed!!

Please tell me this is real, and what video it was in? Or do I now need to find a way to commission an Egg Klaus Nomi drawing from Julia for my Granmama?

Has anyone run across this YouTube channel? They're only a couple months old and have <3K subscribers. But their name, video titles, and thumbnails are all extremely similar to Drawfee.

Long shot, but does anyone remember the ep or stream where Jacob’s singing a song from Hercules but replaces the lyrics to be “bless my soul, Herc was on a roll, suckin-and-a-fu%@in…”

Partly because it is probably a bit of work that I think the crew wont necessarily have bandwidth for, partly because of Karina. rest in peace drawfee awards you were a cool thing

this is one of my favorite examples of when an unfunny joke or pun is repeated so much that it becomes funny again. where jacob makes everyone be quiet so he can tell a joke, goes 'senior dog? i'd rather pet yer dog!' and then periodically for the next little bit everyone keeps going 'senior dog :D!' in the exact same cadence. and i really wanna show it to people but i have no idea what episode it's from! thank u!!!

This might be a well known thing, I have looked for info but didn't find any. But, the last season stopped in the middle due to Julias maternity leave, as it should, and then ofc these things take time. Now Karina left, and I am a bit worried. I love drawtectives. So much! But I don't want to stress Julia or the others. I just miss the series.

I’ve been really enjoying these episodes but I sometimes miss the chaos of 4 people talking at the same time, do you think we will get a new member or are we fine the way we are? Is it just me who feels it’s a bit less chaotic?
