Help id’ing a song

Hey guys,

I’ve had a Drake song stuck in my head that I can’t identify. I’m fairly certain it’s Drake. The part I remember has soft, melodic vocals, with eight short, evenly spaced notes in this progression that loop twice each time it comes up:

C–D–E–E–C–D–E–F

Could be in a different key, but the intervals and rhythm are what I remember. Each note corresponds to a syllable, and there’s no pause between the two groups of four notes.
I vaguely remember lyrics along the lines of “I’m so lost and I’m so faded” or “I’m so high up think I’m jaded,” but I’m not 100% on the lyrics. And no it’s not jaded I listened to it. Could be a shot in the dark but such a good song thought I’d see if y’all recognize what I’m talking abt.

I believe the song is High Fives there’s a part in the song where he’s like “ I’m so loved and I’m so hated, so conflicted. I’m so jaded”
