When does it officially open on the Rock? Is it open?

I’m pretty sure they had their grand opening last week
But knowing Lou, it’s only open Thur/Fri-sun

Good maps shows it's only open Sundays, hopefully that's a mistake.

Has he said that he expects these to be the hours?
I’m hoping to make it my source for breads. We need a good ciabatta in Eagle Rock.

It was just a soft opening last weekend. Tried going but the line was too long and they didn’t have sandwiches.

Soft opening was on Sep 27th. He said they’ll be open just Sundays for a few weeks, then will be open Fri-Sun

According to their Instagram, they did a soft opening last Sunday and they’re doing another one this Sunday 10/4. I assume they’re working out the kinks before officially opening

Official opening is 10/19, and then they will be open Fri, sat, sun only. I went at noon yesterday - no line (too hot to wait outside)! The hype is deserved.
