Kramer Leather Horsehide Gun Belt Leather Belt Loop Suspenders from The Suspender Store Rodeo Wallet from Boot Barn SOG multi tool case for Sabre Pepper Gel Trench Whistle from World War Supply Bianchi Speed Strip for Partial Reloads Kramer 6 round pouch for Single Reloads Custom Kydex Holster from Private Sector Arms with their logo S&W Model 327 PC 8 shot 357 Magnum CKRT Minimalist Bowie Fixed Blade Lumen Shield Light HKS Products Speed Loader Pouch with 38 Special Inserts Removed to carry 2 X 8 Round Moon Clips for full cylinder reloads Swiss Army Knife with Leather Pouch.
I am a Strong believer in on body carry, I also believe in iron sights much more robust, no batteries, nothing to turn on, they work EVERYTIME . Folding Blade Knives might get you unalived. Fixed Blade Knife is ready to go nothing to break, nothing to try to get open in a life or death situation. Folders are good for routine tasks.
I carry a revolver because of the simplicity and reliability. No safeties, no round in chamber debates, seen as a much more defensive type weapon in a court of law where some prosecutor is trying to hem you up for using your weapon in self defense. I like 357 because it gives me enough penetration for heavy clothes, windshields, doors, etc
I have a good selection of less than lethal from strobe light to whistle to Pepper Spray to 357 to give options for threat level
I’m 63 so have seen a lot of fads come and go, spent 25 years as an Infantry Paratrooper with Deployments to 3 different conflicts.
When there is lead in the air, or you are in a hands on fight simple, reliable, effective tools on your body are what count. The rest is BS

Hi, just joined this sub.
I pretty much always carry based on a stack of hanks I rotate through. I typically carry a blade, pen, light and one other item, today it's a pry. I also always have a watch on, do we post pics of those here?

Designed by TinyToolShop, the MOD GRID is a fully modular system that allows you to organize, consolidate, and quickly access your favorite gear.
3D printed in durable PLA, the system is built for total customization. Each tool bracket can be moved, swapped, or rearranged across the MOD GRID to perfectly fit your evolving carry.
I’m currently expanding the library of mounts—comment below which tool bracket you think I should add to the GRID next!

The last 3 weeks have been..hectic. We’ve spent 3 weeks in the PCICU my son was born with a congenital heart condition. He got a stint put in that will hopefully give us a few months before open heart surgery for a full correction. I don’t own a lot of watches and got myself this watch to celebrate his birth as well as a reminder of what my wife and I went through these past weeks. We get to bring him home tomorrow 😊 Gear:
