❓ Question / Advice Please help
19 year old female, studying engineering at Salahaddin university. My father passed away and my family really need financial support, my mother can't work she's very sick and we're relying on her retirement salary. My brothers are too young. Our other relatives are too distant. I feel devastated seeing my family going through such tough times. I am ready to work anything reasonable if it fits within a students schedule, I need a monthly income of at least 300k IQD for our house rent, I am fluent in Kurdish Arabic and English so language barrier is not a problem, willing to improve any skills required. Also I learn by doing.
Where do I look? How to recognize scam and such? Would it be difficult to find somewhere that's willing to hire me?

I wish the best for you dear, if you need help i wll be glad to asisst.

Can you work remote (online) and how good is your English Sorani and Arabic

u/HelmetEnthusiasts 5d ago
I can do online work just fine. My Kurdish (Both Sorani and Badini) and Arabic proficiency I'd say are fluent as I'm a native. My English language in speaking and understanding is at an intermediate level.

If your languages are good and you have good internet, for an online role to promote, help manage, and create or share articles then I'd be happy to discuss on messages here that. I started a new site for developing a community in Iraq for discourse and sharing, and jobs. But for both Iraq and Kurdistan. Message me if you are interested. community.iraqnetwork.org I just need some local support to promote, manage, advice, etc. and your salary is good for at home work and chilled atmosphere.

If you’re good at languages, you can try teaching on preply! There’s definitely a niche for it esp for sorani. So many people want to learn Kurdish esp abroad. I myself taught online Kurdish classes for foreigners for a few months. It’s super flexible as well esp when you’re a student. The only downside is accessing the money. If you can find a way to set up a PayPal account you’ll be golden.
