Possible ectopic /fear of ectopic

I got my nexplanon removed on October 5th had bleeding October 6-11th was intimate on the 11th and 12th.. had nexplanon inserted on September 14th(changed my mind so got it removed).. got a very faint pregnancy test today is this even possible if we were intimate while I was bleeding and to get a positive so early.. I’ve also been having slight pains under my right rib on the back side and pain in my right arm … could I have been pregnant before nexplanon was implanted ? Is it likely ectopic because the line was so faint .. very dull pain in right arm very scared of ectopic

You need to get bloodwork done. I will say that arm pain / shoulder pain with ectopics typically is a sign of an ectopic rupture so I doubt the pain is related to that.

Unfortunately there’s no way to know but I would go get checked out. You need some blood work and an ultrasound eventually. I had an ectopic 1 month after removing the nexplanon I had for several years so I am of the belief it can increase chances since it can while in, but it’s not proven. Just don’t ignore pain and be seen.
