Testing dates question

Hi everyone, I received my second dose of MTX on 10/13. I had blood work today 10/17. My doc wants me to come back for bloodwork on Monday 10/19… I’ve read that the bloodwork should be done on day 4 and then on day 7. Will getting it done on day 6 totally skew the data? This whole process has been ALOT mentally so I’d like to have accurate results.
Doc said they count the day I got the shot as day 1. Idk just wondering if anyone got bloodwork on day 6 and it was reassuring?

I have not gotten it done on day 6 before. Maybe message them in the portal or call and ask? I would think this would skew the data.
