💬 Discusión 💭 Liberación de "inocentes.."
Hace meses hice una publicación que dónde vivo (zona roja) un gatillero- pandillero lo agarraron por una denuncia que no hice yo. Pero como a mi de salado me llegaron a preguntar por él y amenazar que si no colaboro me iban a llevar( prácticamente la casa del asesino estaba a la par de la mia (frente a mi casa) es lotificacion en Quezaltepeque...la nana es de esas evangélicas de pañal , hipócrita la vieja. Si ese vato es liberado créanme, no están liberando inocentes solamente, estaba firmando por el homicidio que cometió siendo menor de edad y los que cometió y no le achacaron!! La familia dice que ya saben quién les puso el dedo , ya anda un poste de los que habian antes libre dónde vivo, solo faltan que armen de nuevo sus células y empiecen a matar como antes , el beneficiado de 10 muertos sera indiscutiblemente Nayib Bukele.

Bueno siguiendo el tema. al prinicipio del regimen sacaron aun pandillero que amenazo a un periodista del canal 12 y ahi sigue libre. hay un tatuador o no se que es que era 100% pandillero ahi esta libre tambien. y ahora vez las calles y no se de donde han salido tanto tatuado con tatuajes en todo el cuerpo referentes a pandillas, los vez en todos lados calles, bares etc. Para mi estos son los pandilleros que hicieron el trato con bukele y para cuando necesite hacer algo malo el gobierno los va activar.

Un familiar fue hacer un trámite a La Escalón a una oficina del MiNSAL que está frente a una cosa de los Toby y me dijo que vio aún cabron tatuadisimo del brazo y que parecía matero.

Nada, no hay justificación para abusos, ni Por defensa nacional ni por guerra, lo que pasa es que es un proceso bien largo, tendrían que agotar todas los niveles de apelación en el salvador

I think the army is compromised by whatever deals Bukele had in the background, and that even if that was not the case, the army mobilizing after the fact very much does not mean you won't still be dead trying to be the Mr. Miyagi of Soyapango

"After all this" you mean the seven years of blatant disregard for the law?
Yeah, I'm worried the man who hid his own expenses, was caught publicly negotiating with Mexican cartels and announced a campaign while it was still unconstitutional might not have the greatest regard for the actual rule of law instead of just martial law which is what we had until now.
I don't think that's unjustified if you look at what he's actually done instead of just what he brags about
I'm not the one who chose to phrase it as "freeing 50% of those connected to gangs". He was.
I'm not the one who was stupid enough to set up an independent commission within the executive to decide sentences instead of judges, named my brother who has no formal role in the government as head of it, and then allowed him to brag about it on Twitter, which is what caused the necessity of this move in the first place.
He could've let the judicial do its job but that would have uncovered things he thought best left buried, and this is the result of electing people who ignore due process, the convictions don't hold, as myself and every other lawyer in the country was screaming when they decided to go for that dumb ass move. But what can you expect from a guy who failed his first semester of law school?

That’s a pretty long explanation, so you’re assuming and projecting that the Police and Army is not going to mobilize the moment crime starts coming back and ruins Bukele’s “precious” image? Because what will he brag about if that is the case?

I'm assuming the army is not capable of knowing who is even being released since they never bothered to give most of them trials.
Two outcomes. It either ends in violence, which brings back the state of emergency even stronger. Or they're smarter about it and begin lower profile operations. Neither outcome benefits the average Salvadoran and both could have been prevented by following the basic constitutional framework for arresting people.
And yes, I'm sorry you had to read. Nuanced arguments tend to be long. Want me to draw it?

You are right, man. Everyone must be prepared and have resources for self-defense. People can talk bullshit, but there were many places, including where I live, where those mfs were afraid of individuals and the whole community. They couldn't enter many zones; ex-guerrillas and ex-military killed and hunted these pieces of shit. I mean, we must be brave and not depend on the government for our individual security.
That said, when people whether it's women or other commentators here, want the state to nanny them, it's because they naturally tend to seek security from a larger entity rather than thinking about individual self-defense. I believe the state has its responsibilities, but if the community isn't coherent, we just get terrible presidents who are another cuckold dressed up as a strong man.

El problema es que no tienen ni puta idea de quienes son inocentes o culpables, los policias tenian una cuota que llenar y eso hicieron, sin juicios, sin pruebas de nada. El plan de Bukele se iba a caer tarde temprano porque asi es todo lo que hace, ganancia hoy y a la mierda mañana, y las concecuencias las vamos a aguantar nosotros y no él o su grupo.
