Some old Eldar, from the 90’ but painted in the early 2000’s. All metal army for Biel-Tan.

Today I played my first game and was so fun and cool, the thing is that I played with yriel and voidscarred in a Corsair cotaire list. I ended up charging my friends sororitas big unit with junith hospitaller and celestians. They kept reviving and tanking the entire game, yriel did good the rest well, not that great. I didn’t knew how to save with the guy with 4++ and was hard to recognize the models with wargear to use it properly.
Any tips on this unit with yriel? I have to charge? Maybe hold and range attacks? How I use the mist shield? Any advice is welcome! Thanks ^^

Greetings fellow best race enjoyers! My main army is CSM but I’ve been collecting Aeldari over the past year or two and have just been bit with the urge to start fielding my Aeldari.
Today ive been thinking about how to deal with the new MEQ T boost, and already have thought Eldrad is a great add to most of my lists in order to stay mobile in Battle Host or push extra dmg in Aspect. More importantly Doom juices up Avengers Banshees and Spiders to eviscerate MEQ properly.
My thinking for Kharseth is to send him with Voidscarred for a decent shooting brick, that keeps the ever present terminators or demons from popping up in my back yard. More importantly applying fury of the void to the doomed target or even separately for additional flexibility puts the above mentioned units to wounding MEQ on 3’s or 4’s respectively.
Have you guys been running one or both of them for similar ish reasons lately?

So I'm building up a wraithlord and a kit of guardians and I'm looking for some advice on wargear options. I know Brightlances are pretty much the way to go for most options, particularly the Wraithlord, who I was hoping to give two, but I only have two at the moment, was also hoping to put one on my guardians weapon platform.

Should I put both on my Wraithlord? And if so, what's the next best option for the guardians heavy weapon?

These are my latest two Iyanden models. I actually changed up a lot of how I paint them with these two even though they don't look that different from my previous models.

The main difference is I completely eliminated washes from my workflow and paint recesses and shadows by hand, which I feel allows for more dramatic and interesting colours gradients, it also doesn't take THAT much longer since washes need a lot of cleaning up. I also finally bought a pot of Kantor Blue and Caledor Sky instead of frankensteining that dark blue with whatever I had on had.

I'm actually very happy with the wraithguard NMM even though I still can't seem to nail steel NMM (looks more like some sort of black metal imo, which I don't dislike). I also fully assembled the model prior to painting it, which was really fucking annoying lol, why the hell do the shoulder pads have these gaps where you can see the top of the arm sockets ???? So finicky... I think I'll paint the legs and upper body separately for the next one.

Quick question concerning the reaper launcher.

The dark reaper launcher starswarm is Strength 5, but the Autarchs is Strength 4. Is this intentional or a mistake in the App. Making the Autarch's launcher the same as the reapers, would simplify rolling.

This is something I’ve been wondering about the more I think about life in Commorragh.
We know the Drukhari are incredibly advanced, have access to the Webway, raid all over the galaxy, and have Kabals/Covens/Cults with enormous amounts of knowledge and resources.
But how much does the average Drukhari actually know about the wider galaxy?
For example, does your average Kabalite actually know:
Who the major factions are?
What the Imperium actually is?
Who the Primarchs are?
What the Necrons are?
That the Tyranids are basically eating their way across the galaxy?
What Craftworld society is actually like?
Much about the history of the Aeldari beyond the Fall?
Or is most of that information effectively restricted to Archons, Haemonculi, ancient Trueborn, etc.?
I’m imagining an ordinary Drukhari growing up in Commorragh and having basically no reason to understand the galaxy beyond “that’s the place we go to get slaves.”
And if that’s the case, it raises an even more interesting question:
How much of what the Drukhari believe about other factions is actually propaganda, rumor, or completely wrong?
Could an ordinary Kabalite genuinely have bizarre misconceptions about the Imperium or Craftworlders simply because they’ve never had access to reliable information?
I’d love to hear what the lore actually says about education, information, and knowledge in Commorragh. Bonus points for novel/codex sources.

My friends and I started a crusade game right before 10th ended. We only got 1 game in so everyone is allowed to change their armies for the new addition. Im having trouble making a list Im happy with. A lot of the agendas require psyker units but I don't have any guardians or windriders to attach them too, most of my models are aspect warriors or vehicles. I tried making a spirit conclave list but the only wraith constructs I have are 2 units of wraith guard and a wraith knight, but the detachment bonus relies on dead psykers so I don't see how that would be useful since the pokers are tied to the wraith units. I don't know why but I'm having a hard time making a list in the new edition

so GW cut the yearly Armies on Parade fest, but my local store manager did one, since it's one of the rare days most of us are present.

So......got a Revenant last month and started the cleanup and such yesterday, to discover that its lower torso/abdomen is missing (and for some reason ive got duplicate heads).

Ive emailed GW hoping they can send me the relevant part, because ive heard that, as a rule, they're actually quite good about this sort of thing.

In the meanwhile ive gone about as far as I dare on the construction, and gotten the burgundy that forms the lowest layer of my craftworld scheme on its legs.

So here it is, balanced atop its base.

How am I supposed to gule theys one there's so little surface area?

I've seen a lot of discussion about how many of the things that we did in previous editions no longer work and as an army we don't work great atm but what are some actual fixes that we could have (that are not busted) that bring our units into 11th properly. Things like wraiths not being weak when psykers aren't around or aspect warriors being able to use an aspect token to have the phoenix lords ability. And what units need a complete overhaul? (Dire avengers definitely feel like theyre lost in the middle of nowhere in terms of function)

Wanted to run a ghost warrior crucible unit but didn’t wanna buy another wraithlord kit to make my own model so i just made it out of all my extra bits its kinda horribly made but it was fun and now i have an extra model nobody else has

He’s running 2 ghost glaives so i just made him one big buster glaive

Almost done I need to do some touch up but it’s coming along!

I hate painting yellow but I love Wraith Spam, oh Well.

Just starting an Aeldari army and I’m not a big fan of the old model so I threw this one together. Let me know what you all think.

I’m not a huge lore nerd, but everything about HOW the Necrons shattered the C’tan is either intentionally vague or outright dismissed as being something you the reader, do not need to know.

However the ONLY examples of the C’tan being shattered or defeated was by the Eldar, or more specifically their gods. Khaine beat the Nightbringer, though was corrupted in the process, Vaul confronted the Void Dragon with both fighting machines vs talismans. What if the reason none of the Necrons can remember how they shattered the C’tan was because they actually couldn’t, and they relied on the Eldar and their gods to do it and they took advantage of them being weakened to chain them. That while the Necrons are so confident they could defeat the Chaos gods or anything else, they really are just good at sealing them, but they don’t possess the means to defeat gods, and the Eldar no longer have the means to do so?

Anyways you can call me an idiot now and yes I just watched the Pancreas video. But I do think it is as fair of a theory as any.
