Question Trouble getting Me3 working on my steam deck

I have been trying to get a randnomiser run on my steam deck however every time i try to run the game i get this error.

ERROR launch: me3::commands::launch: error=Failed parsing VDF file. File kind: Config, Error: missing field `CompatToolMapping` at /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/config/config.vdf

Is there a way i can fix this?

I tried getting me3 working on Linux and it just kept giving me errors left and right that I had to just give up, hope you find something

Make sure you specify a compatibility tool in the game properties in Steam. I think any recent version of proton is fine
