Seamless modding

Here’s my issue, I’m decently knowledgeable with seamless and it’s setup but my issue is modding with it. I’m trying to install the master chief mod and allow it to work with seamless coop for my and my friend although my mod loader doesn’t want to register with seamless and only opens up the steam version. I’ve tried looking up how to fix it and nothing seams to work. My goal is— to launch seamless coop with the ability to add mods and play with friends (I understand that they will need to do the same steps aswell)

I use mod engine 3 for using a hand full of other mods with seamless. It's pretty easy to use. https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenringnightreign/mods/213
