General Discussion how do you play through convergence

i'm wondering how everyone does their run through of convergence mod or for any similar mod. i always start my runs getting everything for the build like the runes and weapons and then go through the progression of the normal game. but do people get like follow the path as you naturally reach that part of the game because the way i play can make a lot of the late game items for the classes very hard to get.

I usually rush to get runes asap and go for whatever spell runes I can get without much trouble, just get as strong as possible with little effort and then rush mohg for stupid runes

Limgrave gets wiped, first, along with following the various gates and warp boats/doors to lock in the nearby sites of grace.

By that point, I kill the spider-scorpion in the DLC, and then go through Liernnia and Caelid, and then start wiping the Underground areas.
