I run Threyd (threyd.com) a small remote staffing company providing assistants for customer support and administrative work.

We help small business owners hand off customer inquiries, scheduling, inbox management, and follow-ups without having to hire, train, or supervise someone themselves.

Part-time support starts around $600/month.

Happy to answer questions if anyone is exploring this.

Hi! I need collaborators or a co-owner for my crowdfunding project I started in class, Auridial.

Auridial is a functional desk clock that doubles as a changing piece of artwork.
As time passes throughout the day, the background scene gradually changes, revealing different parts of the environments through an open, crescent shaped panel.
With several backgrounds and panels to choose from, each clock can bring a different scene and story to life while also serving as a unique piece of decor.

Who I’m Looking For

Someone with experience in engineering, industrial design, or product production, especially:

  • Product 3D modeling
  • 3D printing & prototyping
  • Product design
  • Manufacturing & production
  • Mechanical/lighting components

Timeline & Commitment

The project follows my semester schedule, so there will be some tight deadlines, so make sure you have enough time to commit to the project to keep up with the schedule. However, I don’t need to launch a Kickstarter by the end of the semester.

Partnership & Profit

We can discuss a fair profit-sharing arrangement based on our contributions if the Kickstarter succeeds.

There is some risk involved. If the Kickstarter doesn’t succeed, there may be no profit to share, so you’d need to be comfortable with that risk. I’m taking on the same risk myself!

If you’re interested or want to learn more, please reply or PM me!
Thank you!

I'm Theo. Disclosure: I work on SubmitStorm, so this is a pitch. We submit startups, SaaS and apps to 100 to 300 directories for one payment from $99, and you get a proof screenshot and link for every listing.

It fits best if you launched in the last few months and the site has almost no backlinks yet. We don't promise a DR number, since that depends on which directories approve you.

Reply here if you want details.

€5,000 contest for people who work independently!

This is run by Xolo - a digital platform providing compliance, taxation, invoicing, accounting, and business registration for independent workers and freelancers.

The contest asks for content about the unpolished reality of solo work. The community votes and trauma-bonds, and the winner gets €5,000. The deadline was extended to Oct 22.

What’s the most chaotic “office” you’ve worked from? ⬇️

Looking for a go-to-market mentor or coach. I build Norquin, an AI check of Canadian import customs entries that finds duty and GST paid by mistake. The product works, the delivery doesn't: buyers don't know they have the problem, so cold calls and search both struggle. If you've taken a B2B product into a traditional industry and you coach founders on it, I'd love to hear how you work.

I own GTM agency. Seem like you first need to educate the market about the problem through content. Get initial 6-7 potential customers on the interview, talk to them about their problem, identify is it really something they bother about or they are okay with that. Also, clarify your value proposition.

u/LostLeek1304 1d ago

Thanks. We did that with customs brokers this summer, around 17 calls, and one of them is now a co-founder at Norquin. Importers are where we're stuck. Called about 50 since September, mostly voicemail or they ask for an email, and the couple who talked said their broker handles it. How would you even get them on a call?

Hiring commission partners, anywhere in the US.

I build local restaurants their own ordering app (their name on the App Store, $99 a month, zero commission instead of DoorDash’s 15 to 30%). The first one is live: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/anthonys-pizzeria-rewards/id6788393083

If you know restaurant owners, I pay $320 for each one that goes live: $50 when the intro is accepted, $150 at launch, then $10 a month for a year. You make the intro, I do the pitch, build and support. Free to join, no quota.

Hey, I’m James. I run Maker, where I work directly with founders to design, build and launch digital products.

As an ex-founder myself, I also bring 20 years of experience across product design and engineering. Depending on where you’re starting, I can:

  • Make a prototype to test your idea with potential customers
  • Design and build a focused MVP for launch
  • Review and fix an existing app or AI-built prototype
  • Keep improving and looking after the product once it’s live

If you’re sitting on an idea take a look: maker.design

Hey everybody!

I'm an AI Automation Engineer currently working at a job, and I'm looking to freelance on the side.

I can offer my skills in automating processes using n8n, Python, APIs, and AI, including lead generation, CRM workflows, web scraping, reporting, etc.

Most of my experience comes from my day job, and I'm looking now to work directly with owners and build relationships.

What I'm offering here is a chance to tell me about what repetitive or time-consuming processes you're currently doing at your business, and I'll take a look and see if I can save you time with an automation for free.

No pressure, no hard sell, nothing. If you find it valuable, you can pay me for my time for the work I did, and if not, that's completely fine.

I'm looking to build experience and long-term relationships with clients by solving their problems. You can contact me here on Reddit (u/zordecx) and tell me about your business and what's taking up too much of your time. Happy to help!

I build integrations that transfer data between existing systems.

A small project covers one-way data transfer between two systems, one record type, agreed field mappings, basic error logging, and instructions for running the integration. The starting price assumes both systems provide usable APIs. I'll assess the interfaces and requirements before confirming the scope and price. More complex integrations are quoted separately.

Project-based. No retainer.
