I pushed Kontakt 7 with Cinesamples Forbes Pipe Organ to over 9,200 voices on a laptop. The CPU meter hit 747% and now my room sounds like a jet engine preparing for takeoff. Should I call Image-Line or NASA?

Not sure if its possible, but would be so nice to preview the audio from the playlist to remember what the hell that idea sounded like lol. Sometimes it takes 5 min to load up an old shitty project!

I like to make world/ambient music but not really sure how to progress the track.

I'm really proud of this track. I think it's one of my best, and was my first attempt at a purely ambient track.

I plan to possibly make small changes before Halloween if I think of anything.

Not a pro or anything remotely close, I just play with FL from time to time for fun. Decided to post something to see what people think.

Still a work in progress but I'm going for a progressive mood, definitely want to add some more automations or change up the melody more in some sections to make it less repetitive. Looking forward to mixing this cause I think it'll really bring out the ambience better. I threw in a visualizer/gif I made of myself driving my car home last night in the rain, thought it fit the vibe pretty well. (filmed on my go-pro).

As a producer sometimes, its hard to gauge if anyone ever likes you beats or not, I just need any feedback.

I've looked literally everywhere with no answer and it's kinda a weird one. Someone turned on iCloud Drive for my Mac and it messed with my fl studio. I've fixed most issues but one I can't fix is that serum 2 and my browser no longer go behind the playlist when I click it. Literally yesterday before the iCloud setting was turned on both serum 2 and the browser would go behind the playlist when you click on the playlist. Now they both sit on top unless you manually close them in the top right. I've reinstated all the original files and turned off iCloud but this was the only thing that didn't get fixed and I can't work out how or why it happened. Also can't tell if it's an issue on Apple's end or FL Studio's end so yea.

Anyone had this issue or similar and know how to fix it? <3

I was gonna mix a bit more, maybe master it but I've been hearing this track since yesterday's morning and I wanna take a lil break.

Backstory: At the end of last summer I broke my foot riding BMX. So I took up piano as an indoor hobby. That snowballed into me teaching myself to sing, play guitar and eventually I wanted to make my own songs.

6 months of learning fl studio playing around with melodies, etc. And about 5 months of guitar has lead me to a point where I want to share my creation with people and see if I'm on the right track.

I wrote, recorded and produced this song in a day. It isn't mixed yet and I'm still trying to figure out placement/timing of the adlibs but I just wanted to share!

I'm also still trying to figure out my vocal stack. Any tips to make my vocals sound better (other than the obvious just more singing practice) are greatly appreciated!

Made this early 90s/late 80s R&B type beat. Let me know what you guys think about the mixing and arrangement. Also, let me know of any thing I could do or add to spice up the beat and really make it stand out. (Effects, automation, intros, and etcetera)

Hey there, I need some feedback on this thing I just made.

For some background information, I'm 16 years old and I've had my share of making goofy little experiments with FL Studio (for about a year now) but I've never done any 'serious' practice or production stuff, I just put things together that I think sound good and try to have fun with it every once in a while when I feel bored.

This time I felt a strong impulse to just run FL and make something proper, and I came up with this. After a few hours, this became messier and messier but I still think its worth giving some feedback to.

What I had in mind is making something that could pass as a game OST, as I'm aspiring to be a solo game developer. What I had in mind while making this is 2000s edgy sci-fi games such as Halo and Psi-Ops.

This has zero proper production, just a bunch of FLEX instruments and other built-in plugins.

Any critique is welcomed!
