Winlevi
Hey! Has anyone here been prescribed Winlevi for their acne? My dermatologist assured me that it shouldn’t reverse the effects of T since it’s not absorbed into the bloodstream as long as I use a pea size. If you’re on Winlevi could you let me know if it’s true? I’ve updated my doctor as well and they mentioned that there is some systemic absorption but it metabolises very quickly therefore it shouldn’t cause any demasculinisation.

Your doctor would be a better resource for this question! But here’s a random redditor’s two cents: I have no experience with it, but Winlevi might affect beard growth.
It’s thought to work by binding to androgen receptors, which is also what DHT targets for beards. In other words, Winlevi competes for the same receptor.
Since you’re applying it topically on the face (I assume), it may have the biggest effect there.
In terms of masculinization of other parts of your body, a 2025 study found that there is some tiny amounts of systemic absorption. It’s very low, so not sure if that’s enough to have any effect. If you want to be extra safe, it’s worthwhile to ask cis men whether they experience any side effects associated with low testosterone (lower libido, etc), since there’s probably a higher number of them that have used Winlevi than us.
