one time i did an alternate start mod and that character wouldn't have known who the vault tec rep was, so for rp purposes i turned him away, and it felt like kicking a puppy

I bumped into him while snooping about Goodneighbour and couldn't believe it.

Had to set up a place for him in Sanctuary and a merchant shop
