Mod Announcement Start Here: The Feminist Theory & Resource Hub📚

Feminist Theory & Resource Hub

Over the past few weeks, we've noticed a lot more people dropping by to learn about feminism, ask questions, challenge their assumptions, or simply figure out what all the fuss is about.

We've also noticed that many discussions revolve around the same myths, misconceptions, and beginner questions—which is completely understandable. Everyone starts somewhere.

So, we've put together our Feminist Theory & Resource Hub, which you can access from the sidebar/side panel on our homepage.

Inside, you'll find everything from beginner-friendly introductions to academic books, research papers, reports, resources on feminism in India, different feminist schools of thought, common myths, ongoing feminist debates, and plenty of other material we think is worth exploring.

# Navigation Key

\ [Essential]*

> Beginner friendly resources that are easy to read and a great starting point.

\ [Scholarly]*

> Academic books, research papers, feminist theory, and literature for those looking for a deeper dive.

---

# How to Access the Resource Hub

## 📱 Mobile UI

  • Step 1: Open the subreddit homepage.
  • Step 2: Tap "See more" (or open the About/Me section, depending on your Reddit app version).
  • Step 3: Scroll down until you find Feminist Theory & Resource Hub and open it.

---

## 💻 Desktop UI

  • Step 1: Open the subreddit homepage.
  • Step 2: Look at the right-hand sidebar.
  • Step 3: Scroll to Feminist Theory & Resource Hub and click the desired link.

---

The hub is fairly comprehensive, but it's not perfect. There may be mistakes, broken links, missing resources, or things we've overlooked.

If you spot something, please let us know.

This is a living resource hub, and we'll continue updating it over time.

If you have recommendations for academic papers, books, or verified reports that you think should be included, feel free to reach out to the mod team via Modmail, or leave a comment below with a direct link and a brief explanation of why you believe the resource belongs in the hub.

Hopefully, this saves at least a few of us from explaining—for the 900th time—that feminism is not, in fact, a secret society dedicated to hating men.

Happy reading! ♡

HELL YEAH!!!

Finally some research based and academic stuff! I'm all in for morality and emotions but research and social facts provide a logical explanation of why things happen.

Good initiative!
