We thought one rule would be good for a men’s hair subreddit: Domt be a fucking dick. And while that rule was broken by some people it’s genuinely respected.
Now introducing our second rule. No shirtless, no underwear pictures.
This is a subreddit to show off your hair. Ask for techniques or any routines or anything about hair.
It is not about your body. There’s 7 million subreddits for that.
What can you do daily user?
Please just report them.
Don’t go reporting old posts and on crusades. Just report any new ones you see.
Thanks guys and girls.

What do we think from before and after? Thinking of letting my hair grow another 2-3 inches and finishing it off as a shag or long wolf cut.

I am enjoying it, experimenting with different products and routines to figure out what makes it look the best. If anyone has any tips I'd appreciate them!

Shaved my head in August 2025 and haven't gotten a haircut since.
Routine:
- L'Oreal 6 oil nourish shampoo and conditioner.
- Shake my head like a wet dog (seriously) after showering. Separates it all nicely.
- Scrunch it a few times with a towel
- Leave it to air dry
I don't use any other hair products, nor do I do plopping or anything like that. In the past when I've tried it has appeared to make things worse.
I don't protect my hair in any particular way. Regular pillow covers and stuff. I don't know what a refresh routine is so I guess I don't do that. I mean when I wake up it's kinda messed up so I use a de-tangling brush on my hair and then wait a few hours for it to start curling up again.

I’ve been growing my hair out for the past two years. I’m just going to continue to grow it till I bored and decide to cut it all off.
Also, it’s nice to find a group about guys having long hair!

LAST 2 pics are me currently*
The first 2 pics are me from a few years ago, which is what I showed the barber. He said he could do it no problem but halfway through it wasn't looking right but I didn't know how to explain what was wrong. He cut it a bit shorter but it got to a point I didn't think he could do what I wanted so I just accepted it.
Now I feel like Lord Farquaad. When I tuck it behind the ears I don't mind it but in the slightest breeze it just comes loose and hangs on the sides.
I guess I'm just looking for advice or insight on products I can use to salvage something nice out of this, or if I should just find a new barber and try my luck again.
Thanks in advance Fierce Flow!

I've gotten a few comments telling me my hair is too dry.
I use Shea Moisture Curl Cream, but apparently that's not enough.

Hi everyone, what do you think - should I keep growing my hair out?
And what about my beard? In real life I'm a bit self-conscious about my nose.
Below there'll be a photo without the beard*
A huge thank you to each and every one of you for your attention 🤝
